In recent times Motril is becoming a booming destination for cruise-international companies such as Holland America Line, Thomson Cruises, Paul Gauguin Cruises, Star Clippers and Ponant Cruise among others.The port and city have worked hard to offer visitors the best of services. A new reception center, a bus service to the city and tourist information at the dock are some of the fruits of this effort.
Each year rises the number of cruise passengers visiting Motril and take the opportunity to visit the city, the beaches or go to the nearby Granada, where is located La Alhambra.
